Hello kiddies!!
Lets start!!
Omg, I feel like Marvel at times likes so be a little sadistic with their fans, there is obviously all the secretive, 'hush-hush' that we all know that their actors, staff can and are made to be when it comes to filming and spoilers, but just yesterday, or is it today, EITHER WAY, there was a citing of Benedict Cumberbatch, cast & crew in the city of NY, while they were filming Dr. Strange movie! And of course, it has set a frenzy of various online sources to comment and share pictures of these rare citings. And of course, it is noteworthy because, who isn't excitingly awaiting for the Dr. Strange movie to come out? Besides, it further fuels our interests more so due to the fact that 'Civil War' is just a month away from releasing, so, ANY news, citing, from Marvel is always a treat.
And to make things even mor exciting, it was purported that during break from filming, Benedict walked into a downtown comic shop and actually perused around, appropriately taking a picture of himself holding a Dr. Strange comic!

I dunno about you guys, but I'm uber psyched!
Independence Day Sequel:
I believe I had already posted this a while back that there were plans to make a sequel for Independence Day. Although I have reservations on sequels (because these couple of years we've been bombarded left and right with sequels/remakes) and on my original post i had stated that although I do have reservations, from the first official trailer that was released, I was also very optimistic for this particular movie.
Well, apparently there was a t.v. spot that was released recently, and OMG, I absolutely have no doubt in my mind that it will be an awesome and noteworthy sequel.
NOW, yes i know most of the time i don't like sequels/remakes, not so much because I feel like studios try to rush a half-assed script with very little development and try to recreate the 'magic' of the success for the previous or original film.
This is NOT the case, the script looks like it was well thought of, developed into something that is a continuation but also with different elements within the film's universe/plot. The story looks like it was well thought of, the cast was well placed, it looks like the studio put dedication and enthusiasm to continuing with the story that was started waaayyy back.
Nevertheless, I always give the benefit of the doubt about any film (regardless if it's a sequel/remake or stand alone), I'm genuinely excited and can't wait to see what happens (this is also thanks in part to the very well put together t.v. spot), enjoy!

Can we have anymore reasons to be excited about?! Apparently, we do!
Batman-The Killing Joke Animated Movie:
Over the weekend was released a 12 minute snippet of 'The Kiling Joke" animated movie project that is spearheaded by the mythical Bruce Timm and Paul DIni.
Fron the snippet, we can tell that this project is being well developed and adapted from the graphic novel. And to be honest, I think that as soon as I saw it, I as far more excited for it, than Batman v. Superman.
And although i do try to give the benefit of the doubt to any movie, my expectations (like many others') is pretty high for this project, because it is not only being developed by Team Timm/Dini, but is has an amazing and ridiculous talent (reunion) of the cast, Mark Hamill, Kevin Conroy, Tara Strong. So, yes, WE are expecting great things from ALL of you!!

Withdrawals BEGONE!
Are you suffering from chills, anxiety, depression? And urge to want to consume anything that is Doctor Who related?
You're in luck because BBC has announced their remedy for Whovians and their multiple symptoms of withdrawal while they wait for the 900 year old Time Travelling Gallifreyan to be back on the telly!!
and what's the cure? Simple.... a Doctor Who Spin Off, of course!
It is to no suprise that there have been spin-offs in the past for Doctor Who (Sarah Jane Chronicles, Torchwood) so what is the big deal with this new spin off?
Well, according to Geek.com, this new spin-off will be surrounding YA from the school that has been off and on featured in Doctor Who episodes (where the late Clara Oswald taught) and it wll be for a more YA audience as well.
Moffat (the busiest man alive, I pressume), BBC will be co and executive producing the new series. Apparently the premise of the story will be a group of kids (class) that will be involved in events/story lines surrounding the 'interesting' thin/ scenarios that happen at Coal Hill.
So... for those of us who are patiently awaiting for the Doctor himself to finally make an apparence (and for those of us dumb enough not to have saved 'Doctor Who' on Netflix BEFORE it got taken away) this makes it a perfect appetizer before our main course!
Are you guys excited, yes, no?

Would love to hear your comments/opinions!
