I do hope all of you had a wonderful Thanksgiving filled with food and loved ones! Except I do hope no one ATE their loved ones, because "Ewwww!" Hello kiddies! Now that gobble gobble day is well behind us, many are starting to put their various Xmas decorations and most importantly we are gearing up for the release of Rogue One, but before we get there, like many of you I took this past holiday to FINALLY catch up to the rest of the world and go see Dr. Strange in theaters. And, as many of you can guess, this will be a movie review of sorts. Normally in my movie reviews I make a list of pros and cons, but in this instance I feel like it deserves something different. Why? Well it's not like it was devoid of some cons but it had a different feel to the rest of the MCU. Don't you wish you could go back and re-live your childhood now that you are an adult whose days are filled with responsabilities, bills, mortage payments, etc.? A good chunk of my memories were, me sitting in front of the 'telly' and falling in love with movies like The Lion King, Pocahontas, The Little Mermaid (which my brother kindly decided to count how many times I viewed it: 100 something), The Rescuers, Secret of NIMH, etc. Like many of you who grew up in the 90s, most of my fondest memories are thanks to Disney and other animation studios. Now that I'm an adult seeing these films all over again, I can't help but notice that some of the content and/or characters are incredibly shady!! Hello kiddies!!!  Sorry I have been MIA for a bit, but my job (as in the real world, cuz I still have bills to pay) has been picking up in these couple of weeks, so yeah, it's been hectic. Plus, my kiddo has gone back to school (2nd grade) and so, yeah, I've been running around like a chicken with its head cut off.
