Bring Honor to Us All

Disney's live-action Mulan teaser trailer is here and I am absolutely living for this! 😄 I love that it looks like it is a mesh between "The Ballad of Mulan" and the animated movie. I also love how in the teaser trailer the film pays tribute tin a respectful way to Chinese culture and at the same time it keeps the iconic aesthetic of the animated film.  From what we've seen of the teaser, it looks to be a balanced blend. I also love how Mulan is un-apologetically a strong female lead, something that, in the original animated film was showed case, but in the live-action it seems like it is taken to a more deeper mature level. Certain iconic supporting characters seem to be missing from the teaser, which has caused negative backlash from people 🙀. Seriously people? You're getting your panties in a twist because Mushu doesn't seem to be in the teaser trailer? Can't you guys wait to confirm whether he'll be included or not? If you're still not ...

Gotta Run Away Fast.

We've all seen the trailers for the upcoming release of Pokemon: Detective Pikachu  and most of us have gotten excited to see our favorite Pokemon come to life (CGI, of course) on the big screen. One of the most iconic Pokemon have been Pikachu, and what we've seen, he is stinkingly adorable in anime form or live-action. The animation for the CGI was well handled for what we've been able to gather from the trailers. digitalspy.com So, it makes sense that other production companies want to cash in the nostalgia fever and releases their own spin on classic icons of classic games. But, what in the HECK are you guys thinking at Paramount?!?! About a day ago or so, the trailer for Sonic the Hedgehog movie was release, and let me tell you, Sonic looks like something that was brought from the darkest pits of hell. Seriously, what were the animators thinking?! It's not cute, nor endearing, or even worth of the namesake. Newsweek.com Whatever that was, it was...

FMA (live-action) is a DUD... SAY IT ISN'T SO!!

Although, unfortunately the U.S. release for the live action Full Metal Alchemist isn't until later on, the news sources that have been able to get a pre-showing of the film, have been creating lots of buzz for this film, unfortunately, it's not the good kind. Apparently, for those who have been lucky, or unlucky enough to see the film have been shredding it to pieces, mainly in how the story is so convoluted, and takes certain beloved characters' depths and basically, dwindles them down either to sidekick roles or non existent. The obvious, is that the film relied too much on special effects, and left out the important part of what this beloved and huge anime series is known for, it's gravitas, depth and heart. Of course, like any good anime, there's lots of action and fighting, but the story and the characters that are intertwined in it, is the reason it is an emotional roller coaster, that makes following the Eldric brothers worth it. And apparently, the ...

HOLD THE DOOR.

I just realized that probably the majority of GOT fans are sadomasichists and we know it. Are you guys still recooperating from last night's episode? Holy Finckle Juice, seriously GOT show runners, you guys just like to torment us with this incredible pain & anguish. So, if you haven't SEEN last night's episode, DO SO NOW, just make sure you have a handfull of kleenex boxes with you because IT IS a tear jerker, in more ways than one. You guys know that I'm not much about spoilers and I try to avoid them like the plague or in this case, like Greyscale. Anywhoo, after last night's GOT episode "The Door," there are probably thousands of theories of what it all means, and this time I'm not so much giving you MY theories, but a realization that I know many will agree with me.  (Source: gameofthrones.wikia.com) If I were to ask you who you think was the most dangerous character in GOT, who would you say? Euron, Yara, LittleFinger, Sir Pou...
