This past weekend I (with the family) went to see the Power Rangers Movie and to be quite honest, I absolutely freakin' loved it!! Yes, I am serious and no, I have not lost my mind, lol. The Screen Rant I seriously enjoyed it, and I'm not just saying it because of the fact, like many of you, I grew up watching the original Power Rangers when I was a 'wee' one. OMG, OMG, OMG!! :::: outer squealing :::: EVERYPONY, I have news for you!!! If you haven't yet seen it, the first official trailer for My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic has JUST BEEN RELEASED, and as ALL of us can expect, it is filled with MAGICAL GOODNESS and glitter, yes, let's not forget the glittery-goodness! Alright boys and girls it is time to get a bit serious about a topic that NEEDS to be addressed. Boy do I have news for you guys!! It always brings me an immense joy knowing how our community is slowly but surely (and for the most part) is embracing different individuals from many different walks of life. We within oursleves were outcasts for many many years by the "normal" section of our societies and at times were looked down and made fun of. And it is important that we do not forget where we came from. Individuals who gathered in the confides of their similar thinking peers to play D&D or join a LAN party or LARPing group during your weekends, we were made up of people who came from different backgrounds and partook in "GEEK" interests. You know the problem of being a collector of all sorts of action figures and the like? Not enough wall space and shelves. And to make it even worse it looks like that Funko just announced a partnership with Playmobil to release absolutely and ridonculous adorable collectibles. I swear, I don't work hard enough to make more $$ for all the things I want to acquire! Lol.
