Oh, THE FEELS, THE FEELS!!

So, finally today... Wait where are my manners?! 😱

Happy Holidays to all of you kiddies!!! Hoping you got to enjoy the festivities, food and company. ⛄❄⛄❄⛄

Anyway, as I was saying, finally today we got the chance to watch STAR WARS: THE FORCE AWAKENS at our local movie theater and let me first say that my "review" will be spoiler free, for those who still have not yet had the opportunity to go see it.

ALL the excitement from my childhood came flooding back as I sat there and saw familiar faces and get to love me ones as well.

It had the perfect balance between comedic, tender, heartbreaking moments.

The ending point for this first installment was adequate with many unanswered questions, but I believe that is what the movie is aiming for.

Some of the new faces that definitely stood out for me was Rey, BB8, Finn, Kylo and Poe.

The film those have a couple of mysteries that have yet not been completely mentioned not definitely resolved and it is a main driving force (pardon the pun) for why this film is finally the Star Wars we deserved.

No annoying characters, no weak dialogue/story, it took awhile to come out but I think every die hard fan can agree, it was very much worth the wait.

With all the sequels, reboots and the like it's hard now a day to come out of the theater feeling excited and pumped up.

This film made me want to see it again and re-watch and see if I can catch even more details/clues.

OK, I think you guys get the picture! 😅😅

If any of you have not yet seen it, GO SEE IT, RIGHT NOW!! it will definitely not disappoint.

Changing a bit the subject...

The Husbands of River Song:

Who happened to see the Doctor Who Christmas Special last night?!

I feel like this holiday has been all about the feels.

Seeing River Song again made my day/ night. Her one liners and sense of humor is always treat.

Absolutely loved her interaction with Peter  Capaldi's Doctor.

One of the most humorous and endearing moments was when the Doctor seemed to be a tad bit "jealous" 😉😉 when watching  River kissing other men. I thought it was set and delightful to see the Doctor site a bit of emotion on his part.

One of the saddest moments was when River was s saying that she was always in love with the Doctor, but she knew deep within her that someone like the Doctor could never really love her back, and watching Peter's face as she mentions this tugged at my heartstrings.

The pain, remorse guilt perfectly summed up by Capaldi's outstanding performance.

Loved the moment when he finally reveals himself to River with the "Hello Sweetie," it was absolutely perfect!

Definitely this holiday season was filled with feels, nostalgia, everything that the holidays should be about.

And I definitely can't wait for 2016 because Geekdom will only get stronger.

Til' next time kiddies!!

Gotta Run Away Fast.

We've all seen the trailers for the upcoming release of Pokemon: Detective Pikachu  and most of us have gotten excited to see our favorite Pokemon come to life (CGI, of course) on the big screen. One of the most iconic Pokemon have been Pikachu, and what we've seen, he is stinkingly adorable in anime form or live-action. The animation for the CGI was well handled for what we've been able to gather from the trailers. digitalspy.com So, it makes sense that other production companies want to cash in the nostalgia fever and releases their own spin on classic icons of classic games. But, what in the HECK are you guys thinking at Paramount?!?! About a day ago or so, the trailer for Sonic the Hedgehog movie was release, and let me tell you, Sonic looks like something that was brought from the darkest pits of hell. Seriously, what were the animators thinking?! It's not cute, nor endearing, or even worth of the namesake. Newsweek.com Whatever that was, it was

Sink your teeth into Castlevania.

It is almost February and within the time that I've been missing, there have been so many news, that it is kind of hard to talk to you guys about everything. Lately, I must admit that I've been in a weird funk of watching interesting shows, movies, that are not necessarily in everyone's radar. Yes, I could talk about the upcoming Captain Marvel movie, or anything else that has been buzzing around the internet. But lately, with all the nay-sayers, I've kinda gotten into this funk of finding lost treasure in shows that might not be well known, or given enough time of day, due to either people not knowing, or just glossing over.  One of those 'diamonds in the rough' that I recently was made aware of is 'Castlevania' on Netflix. There's only two seasons of the animated series, and I basically binged watched season 1 yesterday with the Hubby.  And seriously, if you haven't seen this animated series, it really is damned good. I Want a Refund

Hello!! O.k, so no I haven't disappeared yet again on you guys, but last week was eventful since, my In-Laws decided to come for an entire week for a much needed family vacation in my neck of the woods. It was a roller coaster, with up's & down's, but overall we all had an enjoyable experience. Except for Friday... On this day, we decided as a family to finally go see Avengers: Endgame  in theaters. So, my husband, along with my MIL, FIL & daughter (and I of course) headed to the movies. In advance, we reserved our tickets, with reserved seating (it was an IMAX theater) and off we went. We decided that we would do one of the last showings just because we already knew that it was a 3 hour long movie, so, we were o.k with that. The movie theater was not full (due to maybe time, etc). So, we went up, took our seats and prepared to be wowed. Maria Rivas/Instagram Nope, we got annoyed. We had noticed that in our same row, there was another small group of
